A brand new addition to our conference facilities, situated at Home Site 157. Accommodate from 15 – 100 people

Rhino Run

The perfect venue for medium to larger groups of up to 150 delegates. Rhino Run is our largest venue and is fully equipped with the most up to date conferencing equipment/technology. This indoor venue is fully air-conditioned. Accommodate from 60 – 150 people

Bush Willow

Conference with a view! Situated adjacent to our Rhino Run venue, Bushwillow has amazing views over the golf course and surrounding bushveld. Conferences can be held in the open air, weather permitting. Canvas ‘sidewalls’ can be erected if necessary. Bushwillow balcony also functions as a perfect breakaway venue. Accommodate from 40 – 150 people

Nyala Nook

A brand new addition to our stable of conference facilities, situated on the upper level of the main Clubhouse with 180 degree views of the golf course. Furnished with excellent, state of the art equipment, Nyala Nook is ideal for the more formal conference.Stackable doors fold back to allow the sights and sounds of nature in. Accommodate from 25 – 80 people

Eagles Nest

The 30 seater conference room is on the 3rd floor of Eagle’s Nest. The elegant furniture is set up in a unique U-shape, utilizing the space optimally. Complete with bar, kitchenette, outside deck and braai area, the layout ensures all amenities at arm’s length. The venue boasts state of the art conferencing equipment and is fully staffed to meet all your catering requirements! Accommodates 30 people

Zebula Boutique Hotel

For those seeking a secluded, exclusive venue dedicated entirely to your delegates’ needs, the Zebula Boutique Hotel Conference Venue offers an unmatched setting. Nestled within the luxurious 5-star boutique hotel, this private venue provides the perfect space for focused meetings and events while ensuring your group enjoys complete privacy. Accommodates 30 people
