All complaints will be dealt with by the Estate Body Corporate, who will impose a fine, disconnect the power or call the SAPS to request removal of offenders. This is done in order to preserve the environment of all our guests on the estate.
  2. General Rules include no speeding on the property. The Speed Limit is 30km per hour. No off-road driving is allowed, no trespassing, no littering, no pets, no unauthorised fires, no firearms including air guns are permitted on the estate.
