Golf, in particular, is a sport that requires a varied set of skills to propel a ball from the tee to the hole, again and again for 9 to 18 holes. While professional golfers possess all of the necessary skills, it is unlikely most amateur golfers do. As a team-building tool, that lack of universal skill can be an advantage rather than a disadvantage. Each team member brings their own strengths and weaknesses. The primary goal should be to learn that the work of a team can be more powerful than that of any one individual.

Zebula Golf Estate and Spa is the ideal venue to motivate your team and get them working together. We are only a 1-hour drive from Pretoria and a 2-hour drive from Johannesburg near Bela Bela in the Limpopo. The Estate offers a wide array of large luxury self-catering Lodges perfect for larger groups and features one of the Limpopo’s best golf courses.

There are a variety of fun golfing activities to get your team fired up. Play a nine or 18-hole team tournament, or try a more fun approach with our Mashie Golf options. At night try your hand at something completely different – Night Golf – the perfect way to demonstrate to your team that the new normal is not like the old normal that they are accustomed to.
