Zebula Golf Estate & Spa is looking for an energetic, organised and execution-focused Marketing Activation & Execution Specialist to join our team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
At Zebula, ideas are continuously generated through our twice-weekly marketing and planning meetings. Your role will be to bring these ideas to life by ensuring every campaign, event and initiative is properly planned, coordinated and executed.
Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Participating in twice-weekly marketing and planning meetings, contributing ideas and providing implementation feedback based on operational realities and guest experiences.
✔ Taking ownership of approved marketing campaigns, promotions, events and business initiatives from concept through to execution.
✔ Developing implementation plans, project timelines and action trackers for all initiatives.
✔ Coordinating with departments across the business to ensure everyone understands their responsibilities and is fully prepared for launch and implementation.
✔ Ensuring operational systems, booking platforms, communication channels and guest touchpoints are configured and ready before campaigns and initiatives go live.
✔ Coordinating staff briefings and training to ensure teams are aligned and able to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
✔ Planning and executing events, activations, promotions and special experiences across the estate.
✔ Contributing to the creation of social media content during events and activations by capturing photos, videos and behind-the-scenes moments that showcase the Zebula experience and support ongoing marketing initiatives.
✔ Coordinating suppliers, service providers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered professionally and on time.
✔ Ensuring all marketing collateral, branded items, signage, printed materials and promotional paraphernalia are available when required.
✔ Maintaining project plans, implementation schedules and progress reports to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
✔ Proactively identifying operational challenges, risks and implementation barriers and providing practical feedback and solutions to continuously improve future campaigns and initiatives.
✔ Continuously looking for ways to improve processes, enhance guest experiences and elevate the Zebula brand.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will have:
✔ Proven ability to successfully execute projects from concept through to completion.
✔ Excellent organisational, planning and project management skills.
✔ Strong administrative and coordination abilities.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔ The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
✔ High levels of computer literacy and confidence working across digital platforms and collaborative technologies.
✔ Experience coordinating events, suppliers, promotional activities, social media content creation and operational projects will be highly advantageous.
✔ Hospitality, tourism, lifestyle or customer experience industry exposure will be advantageous.
✔ A willingness to work flexible hours when required to support events, activations and business initiatives.
