Zebula Golf Estate & Spa is looking for an energetic, sales-driven, and guest-focused Online & Social Reservations Agent to join our Front Office & Reservations team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As our Online & Social Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, engaging with them through our digital platforms and helping them plan their perfect Zebula experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Managing guest enquiries and reservations received through:
• Zoho SalesIQ
• Wati (WhatsApp Business)
• Zoho Social
• Semper Booking Engine
• SiteMinder
• Airbnb and other approved online booking platforms
✔ Proactively engaging with guests browsing our website through Zoho SalesIQ, converting website visitors and booking enquiries into confirmed reservations.
✔ Responding promptly and professionally to enquiries and direct messages received through Wati and Zoho Social.
✔ Managing reservations, room inventory, rates, and availability across all digital booking channels.
✔ Creating memorable guest experiences by recommending and selling:
• Accommodation upgrades
• Extended stays
• Romantic and celebration packages
• Dining experiences
• Spa treatments and wellness packages
• Golf experiences and packages
• Activities and special events
• Seasonal promotions and value-added experiences
✔ Maximising occupancy and revenue by actively identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
✔ Maintaining accurate reservation records and ensuring exceptional guest service throughout the booking journey.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will have:
✔ A Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
✔ At least two years’ experience in hotel reservations, hospitality sales, customer service, or digital reservations management
✔ Experience with Semper, SiteMinder, Airbnb, Zoho SalesIQ, Wati, and Zoho Social will be highly advantageous
✔ Excellent written communication and customer engagement skills
✔ Strong administrative and organisational abilities
✔ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
✔ A proven ability to convert enquiries into revenue and identify upselling opportunities
✔ A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
